NLP, or “Neuro-Linguistic Programming,” explores and analyzes how an individual encodes and stores everything perceived through the five primary senses from childhood, as well as how the system utilizes this data. It is both a science and an art that enables individuals to recognize the functioning of their personal system based on brain structure and sensory processing. NLP empowers individuals to consciously use this system moving forward and provides insights into how to transform aspects they wish to change from the past to the present.

The NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner program, certified by Erickson Coaching International and approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), spans eight full days.
The program is delivered by Dr. Zerrin Başer, MCC.
Upon completion, participants receive the “Erickson International NLP Practitioner” certificate. The knowledge gained in this program is intended for personal use only and cannot be applied to others (although certain techniques can be integrated into coaching processes for professional coaches).
This program provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of what NLP is and is not, examining the formation of human systems from a neurological perspective. It enables individuals to establish inner balance and harmony within their systems, fostering a strong sense of self-awareness.
It creates awareness and experience around the question, “How can I change and manage my behavioral and thought patterns in the direction I desire?” Participants gain the potential to transform long-standing behaviors and approaches that they have been unable to change, whether consciously or unconsciously accumulated over time.
In essence, it places individuals in the “driver’s seat,” empowering them to navigate life with awareness, intention, and purpose.
Through this program, participants acquire and internalize knowledge, tools, and methods they can apply in the way they choose within their own lives.
This is a nine-day program designed for those who wish to learn advanced NLP topics, such as strategy clarification, modeling, and persuasive language patterns, and apply NLP at a professional level. Only individuals who have completed the NLP Practitioner training and have passed a written exam prior to the course may participate.
Participants who complete the required processes during and after the program receive the “NLP Master Practitioner – Expert Practitioner” certification.
Completing the NLP process does not authorize participants to teach in this field.
