<p class="" data-start="57" data-end="630"><strong data-start="57" data-end="77">Dr. Zerrin Başer</strong> is an ICF Accredited Professional Coach (MCC) and trainer, providing coaching services and leadership programs primarily for senior executives and leaders. She conducts trainings, projects, and initiatives to support the development of the professional coaching profession in Turkey and worldwide. Since July 2008, she has been representing the Turkish branch of Erickson Coaching International, organizing <em data-start="485" data-end="518">The Art and Science of Coaching</em> Certification Programs in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya, Bursa, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.</p>
<p class="" data-start="632" data-end="953">As a member of the Erickson Coaching International Board of Directors, Dr. Başer also serves globally as an Erickson International “Master Facilitator,” particularly in Europe and the People’s Republic of China. She has over <strong data-start="857" data-end="873">15,000 hours</strong> of professional coaching and more than <strong data-start="913" data-end="929">10,000 hours</strong> of training experience.</p>
<p class="" data-start="955" data-end="1465">In 2004, she founded <strong data-start="976" data-end="1004">Denge Merkezi Consulting</strong>. Dr. Zerrin Başer has been working in the field of individual and corporate development for nearly <strong data-start="1104" data-end="1116">24 years</strong>, sharing her knowledge and experience in holistic methodologies that reveal the potential of individuals and organizations, values and human-centered system approaches, and effective team processes. Between 2008 and 2014, she led Leadership University and Leadership Summits through the Turkish license of <strong data-start="1423" data-end="1464">Leadership Management Institute (LMI)</strong>.</p>
<p class="" data-start="1467" data-end="1609">In 2012, she partnered with <strong data-start="1495" data-end="1510">5 DEEP Ltd.</strong>, becoming the Turkish representative and practitioner of <em data-start="1568" data-end="1608">Spiral Dynamics Integral Value Systems</em>.</p>
<p class="" data-start="1611" data-end="1864">Dr. Başer graduated from <strong data-start="1636" data-end="1654">Robert College</strong> and then completed her medical degree at <strong data-start="1696" data-end="1735">Gazi University Faculty of Medicine</strong>, specializing in <strong data-start="1753" data-end="1772">Family Medicine</strong>. Her professional background includes project work and consultancy in the healthcare field.</p>
<p class="" data-start="1866" data-end="2064">She is also the co-author of the book titled <strong data-start="1911" data-end="1960">“YENİ İNSAN”</strong>, written together with two fellow physicians and published by <strong data-start="2023" data-end="2049">Doğan Novus Publishing</strong> in March 2015.</p>

<p class="" data-start="56" data-end="594">She is a graduate of the <strong data-start="81" data-end="139">Landscape Architecture Department at Ankara University</strong>. After being introduced to <strong data-start="167" data-end="205">NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)</strong> through a Practitioner program in 2003, she embarked on a personal journey of self-development under the theme of “Self-Realization.” As a result of these efforts, she discovered through personal experience that understanding oneself and one&#8217;s potential—and exploring the answers to the question, <em data-start="503" data-end="538">“What do I truly want from life?”</em>—forms the foundation of a fulfilling life in all areas.</p>
<p class="" data-start="596" data-end="942">For this reason, she began to pursue her long-standing interest in human development, NLP, and coaching professionally at <strong data-start="718" data-end="735">Denge Merkezi</strong> in 2007. She completed the <strong data-start="763" data-end="790">NLP Master Practitioner</strong> certification (certified by Canada-based Erickson Coaching International) and the <strong data-start="873" data-end="941">ICF-accredited “Art and Science of Coaching” Certificate Program</strong>.</p>
<p class="" data-start="944" data-end="1408">Since 2008, she has been providing coaching services in both individual and corporate contexts, particularly in areas such as career planning, professional orientation, exam preparation, motivation, learning and stress management, planning, creativity, personal development, and transformation. With the <strong data-start="1248" data-end="1270">ICF-accredited PCC</strong> (Professional Certified Coach) credential, she has over <strong data-start="1327" data-end="1354">2,500 hours of coaching</strong> and more than <strong data-start="1369" data-end="1407">2,000 hours of training experience</strong>.</p>
<p class="" data-start="1410" data-end="1847">In 2015, she completed the <strong data-start="1437" data-end="1531">“Fundamentals of Visual Practitioner (Graphic Facilitation, Coaching &amp; Recording)” Program</strong> with <strong data-start="1537" data-end="1558">Shift-It Coaching</strong>.
