Dr. Zerrin Başer is an ICF Accredited Professional Coach (MCC) and trainer, providing coaching services and leadership programs primarily for senior executives and leaders. She conducts trainings, projects, and initiatives to support the development of the professional coaching profession in Turkey and worldwide. Since July 2008, she has been representing the Turkish branch of Erickson Coaching International, organizing The Art and Science of Coaching Certification Programs in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya, Bursa, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

As a member of the Erickson Coaching International Board of Directors, Dr. Başer also serves globally as an Erickson International “Master Facilitator,” particularly in Europe and the People’s Republic of China. She has over 15,000 hours of professional coaching and more than 10,000 hours of training experience.

In 2004, she founded Denge Merkezi Consulting. Dr. Zerrin Başer has been working in the field of individual and corporate development for nearly 24 years, sharing her knowledge and experience in holistic methodologies that reveal the potential of individuals and organizations, values and human-centered system approaches, and effective team processes. Between 2008 and 2014, she led Leadership University and Leadership Summits through the Turkish license of Leadership Management Institute (LMI).

In 2012, she partnered with 5 DEEP Ltd., becoming the Turkish representative and practitioner of Spiral Dynamics Integral Value Systems.

Dr. Başer graduated from Robert College and then completed her medical degree at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, specializing in Family Medicine. Her professional background includes project work and consultancy in the healthcare field.

She is also the co-author of the book titled “YENİ İNSAN”, written together with two fellow physicians and published by Doğan Novus Publishing in March 2015.

SEMA TEZER, PCC

She is a graduate of the Landscape Architecture Department at Ankara University. After being introduced to NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) through a Practitioner program in 2003, she embarked on a personal journey of self-development under the theme of “Self-Realization.” As a result of these efforts, she discovered through personal experience that understanding oneself and one’s potential—and exploring the answers to the question, “What do I truly want from life?”—forms the foundation of a fulfilling life in all areas.

For this reason, she began to pursue her long-standing interest in human development, NLP, and coaching professionally at Denge Merkezi in 2007. She completed the NLP Master Practitioner certification (certified by Canada-based Erickson Coaching International) and the ICF-accredited “Art and Science of Coaching” Certificate Program.

Since 2008, she has been providing coaching services in both individual and corporate contexts, particularly in areas such as career planning, professional orientation, exam preparation, motivation, learning and stress management, planning, creativity, personal development, and transformation. With the ICF-accredited PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential, she has over 2,500 hours of coaching and more than 2,000 hours of training experience.

In 2015, she completed the “Fundamentals of Visual Practitioner (Graphic Facilitation, Coaching & Recording)” Program with Shift-It Coaching. Integrating her expertise in Landscape Architecture, NLP, and Coaching, she continues to serve as a Visual Practitioner at Denge Merkezi, offering services such as graphic recording, facilitation, training, and design of visual materials for presentations and promotions.

As of September 2019, she has also been authorized by the international Erickson Coaching School as one of the facilitators of the “Art and Science of Coaching” Certification Program. She currently serves within the Erickson Türkiye team as the General Project Coordinator, Trainer, Facilitator, Professional Coach / Team Coach, and NLP Master Practitioner.

FATMA YILDIZ, PCC

She is a graduate of Anadolu University, Faculty of Communication Sciences, with a degree in Educational Communication and Planning. Since 2000, she has been working in a field that serves human development. After being introduced to Denge Merkezi and Erickson in 2013, she completed The Art and Science of Coaching, NLP Practitioner and Master, Team Coaching, and all other related trainings. Through these programs, she became more aware of her core values and made a conscious decision to reflect especially her value of “contribution” more deeply in her life.

On her personal development journey, driven by a curiosity for learning, she strives to be an avid reader, a keen observer, a productive and creative learner. At the same time, she designs trainings and workshops that help people enhance their competencies in how they relate to life.

Fatma Yıldız is a Professional Coach with an ICF-accredited PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential. Since 2020, she has been working as a supervisor and trainer at Erickson Türkiye.

She defines her profession as having two wings: training and coaching. She is a member of both ICF (International Coaching Federation) and TEGEP (Turkish Association for Training and Development). She also serves as a jury member for Turkey’s Best Learning and Development Awards. By blending her hobbies with development programs, she creates enjoyable and creative experiences through various workshops.

BURCU KARAOĞLU, PCC

She is a graduate of Boğaziçi University and SUNY Binghamton, with a degree in Global and International Affairs. Since 2013, she has been supporting participants of the Erickson Coaching School by providing supervision and subject matter instruction throughout their training journeys. She is especially interested in practices that aim to unlock creative potential and in the transformative power of music.

In 2010, she completed Erickson Coaching International’s ICF-accredited “The Art and Science of Coaching” Certificate Program, earning the title of Erickson Professional Coach. She holds the ICF-accredited PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential.

JANET SOYAK, PCC

Janet Soyak, a British citizen, completed her primary, secondary, and higher education in the United Kingdom. Since 1974, she has lived in Germany, Jordan, and Spain, and for the past 40 years, she has been residing in Turkey.

Her professional background includes teaching English to adults, working in hospitality, petroleum product trading, and golf club management. In 2002, together with her husband, she founded Management and Training Systems Ltd. Co. in Istanbul. Since then, she has expanded her expertise to include training, coaching, and team coaching, delivering numerous successful team coaching programs, especially in the hospitality sector.

Since 2009, she has been serving as an Erickson International Trainer in the globally recognized The Art and Science of Coaching Certification Program.
